Our friend and YHE Instrcutor, Melpo, is visiting!
Join her, this Thursday, June 25th, a complimentary Beginning & Beyond Class at 10:30am (room 211).
Donations are welcome and go towards YHE's Scholarship Fund.
YOGA WITH WEIGHTS will not be held Thursday June 25th.
This class will resume July 2nd at 7:30am.
