If you are having any issues viewing your class video, please refer to the tips below:
1. Check your social tab, or spam folder. If you do not see it there, go up to the search bar at the top of your email and type in 'YouTube'. Sometimes the email server hides or moves messages it thinks are spam.
2. When you locate the email from YouTube, click on the rectangle with three dots. It should open up into YouTube. Gmail and YouTube are part of the same platform.
3. If you get an error message that says "Private Video", go to www.youtube.com and check to see what you are logged in as. Look in the upper right hand corner and check to see if it says "Sign In". if so, sign in with your credentials for your Gmail account. If it has a circle with a letter, click on it and see what you are logged in as. If there is more than one account logged in, you need to log out of all other existing accounts besides your Gmail.
4. The email you receive your link at needs to match the email you are logged into YouTube with, and it needs to be the other account logged in.
